PLEASE NOTE: The RI Livable Homes Modification Grant Regulations require that approved projects, where the applicant is in possession of a signed award letter from the RIGCD, are paid for in full either by or on behalf of the approved applicant prior to reimbursement being issued. Reimbursement will not be issued for partially paid or unpaid projects. Any incomplete applications will be evaluated under the regulations in effect when their application was considered complete.
